Overview

The last two years has seen a huge change in the supply change and added to that the means of supply has been more fragile. We all remember the Suez Canal blockage causing delays in product worth £400milliion an hour, in March 2023. Thankfully things have improved.

Due to the Covid pandemic, changes in the government regulations and social distancing rules, we will not require your signature for all products.

Pod will be a name only. Shortages or queries must be reported in writing within three days of delivery or invoicing

Office products

Our aim is that orders for office products will be delivered next day if ordered by 17.00pm. However this subject to stock availability and routing pressures.

Furniture

Our aim is that orders for Furniture will be delivered 2/3 days after following the order date by 17.00pm. This subject to stock availability and routing pressures.

Special items

The delivery of special items is normally quoted at point of quotation.

All deliveries should be signed,dated and full name of person signing printed on our copy.

Returns

Returns are subject to reason for return, condition of product and packaging, length of time.
